상품 예약 시 상품에 따라 수집하는 항목:

알레르기 및 식이 제한 정보 – 여행이나 식사를 위해 회원이 알려주시는 경우에만 수집하며, 알려주신 해당 여행의 식사 등 준비에만 이용하며, 내부 통계·분석에는 이용하지 않음. 알려주실지는 회원이 정하며, 알릴 내용이 없으면 "없음"으로 답하셔도 됩니다 (Allergy and dietary notes — collected only when you tell us for a trip or meal, and used only to prepare the trip you gave them for, such as its meals; never for internal statistics or analysis. What you share is up to you; if there is nothing to tell us, you can simply answer "none")
신분증 번호(여권번호, 외국인등록번호 등) – 여행자보험 가입, 숙소 등록 등 해당 여행에 필요한 경우에만 수집하여 그 목적에만 이용. 통계·분석에는 원래 번호로 되돌릴 수 없는 코드로 바꾸어 이용 (Identification number (passport number, alien registration number, etc.) — collected only for trips that need it, such as travel insurance enrolment or accommodation registration, and used only for that. For statistics and analysis it is first turned into a one-way code that cannot be turned back into the number)
그 밖에 상품별 예약 신청서에서 묻는 항목 (Other questions asked on the product's booking form)

※ 여권번호·외국인등록번호는 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조의 고유식별정보로, 해당 여행에 필요한 범위에서만 처리하고 안전하게 보관합니다. 주민등록번호는 같은 법 제24조의2에 따라 법령이 허용하는 경우에만 처리합니다. 위 정보는 예약 기록과 함께 보관되며 3항의 기간에 따라 파기됩니다.

(Passport and alien registration numbers are unique identifying information under Article 24 of the Personal Information Protection Act; we process them only as far as the trip needs and keep them secure. Resident registration numbers are processed only where a law allows it, under Article 24-2. These details are kept with your booking record and deleted on the schedule in section 3.)

제휴 판매 채널(예: 토크메이트)에서 회사의 상품을 구매하신 경우, 해당 채널로부터 참가자 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호와 주문 정보를 제공받아 예약 확인 및 현장 참가 확인에만 이용합니다.

(If you buy a Company product through a partner sales channel (e.g., TalkMate), the Company receives the attendee's name, email address, phone number and order details from that channel and uses them only to confirm the booking and check you in on the day.)

3. 개인정보 보유·이용 기간

(Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

개인정보는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시까지 보관되며, 회원 탈퇴 시에는 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우를 제외하고 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 단, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관련 법령에 따라 계약, 결제, 분쟁 관련 기록은 3~5년간 보관될 수 있습니다.

Upon membership withdrawal, personal information will be deleted without delay, unless retention is required by applicable laws and regulations. 국가의 "미국 등"은 미국 및 각 서비스 제공자가 데이터센터·인프라를 운영하는 국가를 말합니다. 이전 일시 및 방법: 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 수시로 암호화하여 전송합니다. 거부 방법 및 거부 시 불이익: 위 이전은 서비스 제공에 필요하므로 거부하시려면 contact@thekople.com 으로 요청하거나 회원 탈퇴하실 수 있으며, 이 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다. 다만 Google(이용 통계)은 브라우저 쿠키 차단으로, Expo(앱 알림)는 기기 알림 설정으로, Anthropic(내부 분석)은 위 이메일 요청으로 거부하실 수 있으며, 다른 서비스 이용에는 영향이 없습니다.

("US etc." means the United States and the other countries where each provider runs its data centres and infrastructure. Timing and method: sent over the network, encrypted, whenever the service is used. How to refuse and the consequence: these transfers are needed to provide the service, so you may refuse by emailing contact@thekople.com or by deleting your account, and you then cannot use the service. Google (statistics) can be refused by blocking cookies, Expo (app notifications) in your device settings, and Anthropic (internal analysis) by email; this does not affect the rest of the service.)
