1. 앱에서 계정 삭제하기

(Deleting Your Account In-App)

KOPLE 앱을 설치한 상태라면, 앱 안에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 아래 경로를 따라가 주세요:

(If you still have the KOPLE app installed, you can delete your account directly inside it. Follow this path:)

  1. 프로필 (Profile) 탭 이동
    (Go to the Profile tab)
  2. 설정 (Settings) 선택
    (Tap Settings)
  3. 계정 (Account) 선택
    (Tap Account)
  4. 위험 구역(Danger Zone)에서 "계정 삭제"(Delete Account) 선택 후, 확인을 위해 "delete"를 입력하고 완료
    (Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account, type "delete" to confirm, and finish)

2. 삭제되는 정보와 보관되는 정보

(What Gets Deleted vs. Retained)

계정을 삭제하면 로그인 정보와 개인 프로필 정보가 즉시 삭제 또는 익명 처리되어, 모든 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다.

(Deleting your account immediately deletes or anonymizes your sign-in and personal profile information, and signs you out everywhere.)

삭제·익명 처리되는 정보:

(Deleted or Anonymized — no longer identifies you)

  • 로그인 계정 (이메일, 소셜 로그인 등) (Your sign-in account)
  • 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 국적 (Name, date of birth, gender, nationality)
  • 전화번호, 카카오톡 ID, 인스타그램 ID (Phone number, KakaoTalk ID, Instagram ID)
  • 소속 학교/직장, 마케팅·개인정보 수집 동의 여부 (School/employer, marketing and privacy consent flags)

법령에 따라 보관되는 정보:

(Retained Under Applicable Law — no longer linked to you by name)

  • 예약 및 신청 내역, 결제·환불 거래 기록 (Booking/registration history, payment and refund transaction records)

전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관련 법령에 따라 계약, 결제, 분쟁 관련 기록은 일정 기간 보관될 수 있으나, 삭제된 계정의 식별 정보와는 더 이상 연결되지 않습니다.

(Consumer-protection and tax law requires KOPLE to retain contract, payment, and dispute-related records for a limited period, but these records are disconnected from your identifying information once your account is deleted.)

이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다. (This action cannot be undone.)

3. 앱을 삭제하신 경우

(If You've Already Uninstalled the App)

이미 KOPLE 앱을 삭제하여 인앱 삭제 기능을 사용할 수 없다면, 아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

(If you've already uninstalled the KOPLE app and can't use the in-app flow, email us at the address below to request deletion. We'll process it after verifying it's you.)
